So I wasn't aware I was circumcised until I was much older. Most of my friends in the US weren't circumcised. I am Catholic, so I assumed this hadn't happened, but had no idea what it really was...and was very shocked when I found out what I was missing.

The more I learned the more horrible I realized my own circumcision was.

Not only was I circumcised, but I am cut very tight. At least it is not too close to the head, so I do have some tissue from the inner lining left, but it is very stretched and scarred.

my son was circumcised nearly 2 weeks ago-he is 12 years old and the circumcision was because his foreskin wouldn't retract back.
Although he has healed really well,he has difficulty in any clothing being near his penis.-he wears baggy joggers-no pants.Even loose boxers make him feel so sensitive he can't bear it.

The purpose of this film is to document recent studies on circumcision and post-traumatic stress. We are looking for people who feel passionately against the practice and are willing to share their story for this documentary. Of interest we are particularly looking for people who have witnessed a circumcision to talk about what they saw and felt during it.

Female genital mutilation is protested in the civilized world. No one removes the clitoral hood, which is less tissue and servers lessfunctions than the foreskin. I don't get it.
