Hi,
my son was circumcised nearly 2 weeks ago-he is 12 years old and the circumcision was because his foreskin wouldn't retract back.
Although he has healed really well,he has difficulty in any clothing being near his penis.-he wears baggy joggers-no pants.Even loose boxers make him feel so sensitive he can't bear it.
i'm just concerned-he returns back to school next week-his school trousers are quite fitted and he obviously will need to wear some sort of pants but he's so sensitive down there-any advice would be great-how long will it take for him to feel comfortable wearing pants/boxers again?

I am sure your son is ok nearly a year later. I just wanted to post for those that may have concerns that are similar.
Briefs. Wear them a little snug for a few weeks. Couple months until he gets use to it. Then he will be just like everyone else. Just as awkward as everyone else at that age.
Stay sitting, it will go away. Notebook, backpack, Long shirt, Fashion follows function.

i know this is probably a late response
but I would imagine that it would take a while for him to lose sensitivity. There would have been other options other than circumcision for non-retractable foreskins. It's unfortunate really.
